We provide clear rates up front so that you know what to expect.

Scheduling Blocks

Mediations and Conferences are booked in 4-hour windows of 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 1:30p.m. -5:30 p.m. Each 4-hour time period is charged a flat rate of $1,000.00. For complex matters, it is encouraged that parties book the full day. Schedule permitting, any time beyond what is scheduled will be billed at $350.00 per hour in six minute increments.

Cancellation

We understand that mediations and conferences may become unnecessary for any number of reasons. Our simple cancellation process is designed to accommodate. Simply email [email protected] notifying us of the cancellation, no explanation necessary. For mediations, both sides will have to agree to the cancellation. Some costs may be charged based on timing.

Cancellations more than 7 days before, no fee.
Cancellations less than 7 days but more than 3 days, 25% fee.
Cancellations less than 3 days, 50% fee.
Cancellation fee may be waived at mediator's discretion.

Travel

While mediations and conferences are often done remotely, it is understood that there may be times when in-person is preferred or required.

No Charge for first hour of travel each way. $175 per hour for each subsequent hour, billed in 6 minute increments.
Air travel and lodging will only be used if determined to be the most economical and will be approved by the parties prior to use. Costs for air travel and lodging will be added to the final invoice.

Splitting Fees and Costs

All fees and costs will be split equally among the parties, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties.

Fees are due within 20 days of the invoice being sent out.
Alternative payment arrangements may be made if requested prior to the mediation or conference. Any arrangement made with one party will be made available to all other parties.
